4. Seller Warranties & Purchasing Verification
When submitting textbooks on our sell your books portal or at physical hubs, every seller affirms that:
- They possess full legal rights, ownership, and title to sell the physical copies offered.
- The books are authentic, publisher-printed original editions and not unlawful reprints.
Consequently, the Company reserves the right to reject or confiscate any books suspected of infringing intellectual property guidelines during our physical verification process.
5. Notice & Reporting Under Copyright Policy
If an author, publishing house, or authorized legal representative believes that any material on our network infringes upon their protected copyright, we urge them to submit a formal Notice of Infringement.
