Under any circumstances, if you send a pirated, counterfeit, or unauthenticated photocopy of a book, it will be immediately confiscated and destroyed. Neither the book nor any payment amount will be issued.
Courier & Inward Shipping Costs
For remote shipments outside our doorstep pickup zones, courier and postal transit expenses must be borne by the seller.
Physical Verification & Payout Release
For parcel shipments, the final amount is credited only after the books are physically received at our hub, verified for page/binding condition, and calculation is verified by our procurement team.
Damaged or Mismatched Submissions
In case damaged books are received or physical condition does not match the initial submission, the price calculation will be revised by our evaluation team and updated accordingly.
Disagreement & Return Parcels
